Pia Voltz
FOUNDER & CEO
After graduating with an M.Sc. in industrial and work psychology, Pia served clients across different industries, ranging from small to medium-sized companies to international corporations and unicorns. In her role as a consultant and project manager, she built up a wealth of knowledge in executive search, assessment methods, training, and employer branding. She also holds an MBA in General Management from a renowned university in Germany. Before founding Tälist in 2022, she participated in a competitive two-month incubation program for high-impact entrepreneurship, founded the non-profit Cell Ag Germany, and led the winning team of the ProVeg FoodHackathon in 2021.

Nils-Oliver Boldt
CO-FOUNDER & CTO
Initially a project manager in the events industry, focusing on major medical congresses and life science events, he developed a passion for impactful software solutions. This led to his role at TLI Consulting, where Oliver transitioned from consultant to product manager, driving the software development until and after the acquisition of the company by one of the largest firms in the industry. In 2021, Oliver took the role of CTO at EventFlow, a widely used event logistics scheduling software in Ireland. Leveraging his expertise in software development, product management, compliance, and various related disciplines, Oliver joined Tälist as co-founder in 2023.

Friederike Grosse-Holz
INDUSTRY ADVISOR
Friederike finished her PhD in bioinformatics and protein biochemistry and worked as a Consultant at BCG before becoming Director at Blue Horizon. She co-authored several articles on the Alternative Protein industry.

With a background in molecular & stem cell biology, Dwayne headed the quality assurance and regulatory efforts of Mosa Meat before joining New Harvest as Director of Responsible Research & Innovation and running Uncharted Futures, a biotech consulting service.

Parendi Birdie
SCIENTIFIC ADVISOR
Parendi Birdie is the co-founder and CEO of Asentia. She has been at the forefront of the alternative protein sector for 10 years. With a degree in biochemistry, Parendi has helped build cultivated meat startups Mission Barns and GOOD Meat from the ground up. She's an advisor to Tälist, Alt_Collective, and Food System Innovations, with previous roles leading R&D, marketing, and business development.

Lauren is the Founder and CEO of Animal Advocacy Careers, a US-registered charity that tackles the talent bottleneck within Animal Advocacy. Before that, she helped FMCG clients use market research to make more informed business decisions.
